Dr. Aaron Dingman, DC; BSc.

Dr. Aaron, or Dr. D as many patients call him, grew up in Morinville, AB, a town approximately 20 minutes north of Edmonton.

Dr. Aaron did his undergraduate education at the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences & Psychology. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Growing up, Dr. Aaron always wanted to have a career where he was able to help people and when other options became unavailable, he discovered that being a chiropractor would be a great career. He never imagined that his 'career choice' would help people reach towards optimal health and human potential using the power of their own body. He started exploring the principles and premise behind a chiropractic lifestyle that he truly began to understand the power of the intelligence innately put in each human being at birth.  It was the harnessing of this power and adaptation of my lifestyle that ultimately allowed him to go from daily dependence on prescription stomach medication to being free from the drugs that never did correct the problem. It was along this path to wellness that he began to understand that chiropractic care was MORE than just treating neck pain, back pain and headaches, but that it was a way of using the power in one's own body to influence all areas of their health & well-being. The innate power of the human body deepens his passion for Chiropractic daily.

After graduation from Northwestern College, he began to practice in Tucson, AZ at Discover Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Centre where they were presented with the honor of being named the World Wide Creating Wellness Center of the year. In June 2008, Dr. Aaron moved back to Alberta to settle in Red Deer and become a team member of Larsen Family Chiropractic, with fantastic mentorship from Dr. Stacy Larsen. In November 2009, Life Force Chiropractic opened.

Dr. Aaron is trained in various styles of chiropractic but focuses primarily with more gentle techniques suitable for everyone, from newborns to the elderly.

When Dr. Aaron is not in the office, he is very active outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, quading, boating & spending time with his wife & dogs. He is an avid soccer & volleyball player & also enjoys coaching and helping keep other athletes healthy & functioning at optimal levels. He is also actively involved in the Alberta Community & Co-operative Associations Co-operative Youth Leadership Program (www.acca.coop/youth)

New patients are always welcome to see Dr. Aaron as he is passionate about helping all patients strive to optimal health.
